Moab Rim

This trail comes with a disclaimer. If you suffer from vertigo or have a fear of heights do not attempt this trail.

The start of this trail can be a bit terrifying as you climb nearly a mile up slickrock, zig-zagging on what feels to be extremely precarious angles. But once you reach the top, the views more than make up for the moments of terror. There are lots to discover at the top of Moab Rim, from the Indian Fort and petroglyphs to the challenging sand climb, to the breathtaking views into Moab and Sand Flats. And you’ve been warned, you’ll be going back down the same zig, zagging, tipsy slick rock you came up.
