What is Power Wagons in Moab?
Power Wagons in Moab was started 12 years ago by a small group on a Power Wagon forum as a means for Power Wagon owners to come together on the trails in Moab and enjoy the thrill of pushing a full-size down Jeep trails. Since the explosion of the Power Wagon popularity and sales, the gathering has grown to include strangers from all over the U.S. and Southern Canada. Many of these drivers have yet to see more than a just a forest or dirt road; and because of the influx of novice drivers, we’ve partnered with Offroad Treks LLC to offer guided media trips through Moab, on both the extreme and the scenic. This provides a safe environment for both drivers and the delicate vegetation on the Colorado Plateau. It also is an excellent opportunity for drivers to learn basic and advance off-road skills, the principles of Tread Lightly and Leave No Trace, and create a hunger for adventure that leaves them coming back year after year.
